President of United States

Didn't realise the last post was finally my 400th post. But well, there will be no fanfare nor celebrations for this milestone achievement.

Recently, people keep telling me that I'm different, ranging from comments such as "WTF", "I can't believe my eyes", "You're resurrected!
No longer zombie!". Whatever it is, I am indeed kinda different I guess. Waking up for classes and actually listening and understanding. WTF, that's totally not me man.

Dawn of the DEAD!

Well, I even read www.channelnewsasia.com every once in awhile. WTF! I'm interested in the happenings of the world. Seriously, I've never been interested nor bothered about what happens to the world.

Why am I actually interested now? I dunno, maybe I'm afraid that it'll cause problems to Blizzard and thus WoW will suffer. LOL.

And so, if you paid attention to stocks over the past week, it has been crazy. Even now, it's a roller coaster ride everyday, almost as if you were surfing in the Carribean seas or
smoking Cocaine and then getting hit right in the stomach.
Kudos to US for being able to create waves in stock markets all around the world.
It's like an orchestra r

ight now playing the melodies of an epic movie with US being the conductor who's unable to control himself, going up and down, up and down.

Duh. Blabbering nonsense eh? But sounds better than Suharto's death right?

Gah. My room is pretty neat, the sun is shining brightly, I'm applying for NOC, doing my tutorials. WTF is this!?!? If I continue like that, I'm gonna be a great husband to my wife and a great dad to my kids and probably the best President of the United States! DAMN
IT!!! probably better than any Barrack Osama or Hillary Cliton.
Black & Female Rights Groups... Fear me! The Singapoh Lang will jiak you clean clean.

ZZZ. Pardon me... Lack of sleep is getting to me. One thing I need to do now is get my finances right though. Literally and educationally.

wtf.

Raiding on a Sunday

Back to raiding.

Weekends only, whenever I'm free.

Adopting the Google work culture, Sunday will also be my "hobby" day. Drupal will be the focus for now.

Intel in the Future

Was researching for TR2202 module and came across this video that was put up on IDEO website.

IDEO has been working for Intel and creating a vision of the future for them. Here is their view of the future.

Full Blast

Studies has started. A good start indeed. But workload is still at a low. Taking this chance to go out a little more with my girl before I eventually get engulfed by the tumultuous workload of Finance major. 6hrs of lesson tomorrow. Sleep is calling.

A few more things to plan though. But I've got this semester sorted out.

Basketball : Sheares Hall vs Eusoff Hall

Sheares Hall vs Eusoff Hall

36 : 29

Won by 7 points. But I didn't get to play this time, despite making it to the first 12.

Though disappointed, it has only made me more determined to work hard and fight for a place for Sunday and work hard to make it into the first 10 for next year's IHG. I know what I need to work on and I am determined. I know I can.

IBM NUS Youth Entrepreneur Award

We gotta have this.

I think we've got it.

We had a marvelous presentation.
The judges seemed impressed.

Morale is high.

Winning streak.

Sheares Hall vs Raffles Hall

Basketball Guys

47 - 12 was the final score line.

I scored 6 on this day.

1 out of 2 on free throw attempts in the 3rd quarter.
2 out of 2 on free throw,
1 out of 2 on free throw and
2pts from a jump shot in the 4th quarter.

I was lucky actually, most of the free throws were not given due to shot attempt fouls.
I remember a few were actually because I scrambled and got the ball and the Raffles players decided to foul me, out of frustration I guess. But well, it works in my favor, because free throws are what I am good in. But yet, I missed 2 of the 6 given. I thought I would have gotten them all in. But it being my first official match, I shall forgive myself. Furthermore, I scored 6 and it seems that I was the guy with the highest points per minute in the match.

I personally did not expect myself to turn in so many shots on my first official match. I'm definitely pleased with the result, and I'm working harder than ever on basketball now. I know I can perform and I am indeed getting more confident on the ball. Was shooting for almost 2 hours in the MPSH. It was a good choice to get the hoop. Saves the travel just to shoot a few hoops. Probably would give me more practice time since I can do some shooting and some "jiao bu" practices at any time I would like to.

Working on my penetration and shooting at the moment. 1st goal is to make myself more of a threat on the court. Fast break and a strong defense will not be my only strengths.

Thanks for supporting me during the match dear.
Coincidentally, I scored your Jersey Number. Hah.
